Job purpose:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations across multiple waterless car wash sites.
- Manage employee distribution set wash targets and ensure smooth efficient deployment of staff.
- Monitor onsite performance motivate teams and ensure all operational standards are met.
- Identify staffrelated issues and minimize risks such as theft.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Oversee employee distribution across multiple car wash locations ensuring each site has adequate staffing based on projected customer demand.
- Set daily and weekly targets for the number of car washes required at each site in collaboration with the Head of Operations.
- Ensure proper tracking and deployment of staff making realtime adjustments to staff allocation as needed.
- Ensure all positions are adequately staffed especially during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the operations team to adjust workforce allocation based on demand and special events.
- Maintain a high level of service quality by ensuring all workers adhere to the companys standards.
- Provide ongoing training on compliance and safety to the workforce.
- Identify any suspicious behavior or fraud attempts in the workplace.
- Perform daily site visits to monitor onground operations staff performance and ensure deployment plans are being followed.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance distribution and site performance.
- Provide training for new hires and ongoing development for current employees.
- Continuously look for ways to improve operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Implement best practices for workflow and process optimization at the site.

Skills & Qualifications
- Language: Good English Communication preferably with Hindi practice.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisory role preferably with car wash experience
- Operational Expertise: Proven experience managing multiple locations
- Customer service: Strong understanding of customer service logistics and staff management
- Other requirement: Driving License
