Job Description

Role:

Retail Sales Manager Parts

Business Unit:

Auto Group

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall operation of Retail Parts Business.

  • Ensure price positioning for the department in line with accepted industry standards by innovative strategies with customer focus.
  • Pursuing improvement of quality service to maximize the customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and Implement innovative Marketing and Sales promotions to reduce obsolete and slowmoving items in the inventory in consultation with Parts Director.
  • Planning and Budgeting to gain profit and revenue to achieve Sales goals.
  • Drives the development and implementation of Parts Retail Sales Strategies.
  • Preparing Reports for Parts Sales against the Target.
  • Continuously looking for Business Growth Plans and initiates action relating to opening of new outlets or upgrading equipment and operationexpansion.
  • Overseeing Retail Sales including branches and adheres with Company & Principle standards to meet targeted Sales.
  • Train and Develop Sales Staff.
  • Evaluate performance of Sales staff and plan their monthly incentives and career progression based on their KPI.
  • Ensures that subordinates have the required knowledge skills competencies and experience in order to reach the Departments objectives.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required by the Company and Manufacturer.
  • Maintain safety security and appearance of allocated assets.
  • Report to management any aspect of company operations deemed to be contrary to company interests and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 6 years of similar experience in the Automotive Parts (Passenger Vehicles)
