Job Description
- Strategize execute and optimize campaign strategy to achieve sales goals
- Develop and deploy multichannel campaigns including crafting copy aligning internal teams and project managing execution
- Apply an experimentation mindset to campaigns to drive test learn and optimize
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of campaigns and tactics
- Deliver account research and analysis to drive strategies
- Provide ongoing reporting campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
- Partner with sales to build integrated campaign motions and ensure strong marketing and sales alignment
- Work closely with business ops to support highperformance marketing tools and integrations
- Document processes and best practices
- Work closely with Director to deliver paid media campaigns
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role
- Proven track record of strategizing and executing successful multichannel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage media campaigns and interpret performance metrics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience aligning marketing strategies with sales and business operations
- Experience mentoring and guiding teams as well as partnering with crossfunctional teams to achieve goals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting compelling campaign copy
- Ability to think creatively and apply an experimentation mindset to campaigns
- Bachelors degree
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $95000$105000
