As part of our clients planned growth we are seeking an experienced Internal Controller to join their team. This role is vital in enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency within the organisation. The position involves overseeing financial and operational activities offering strategic insights and ensuring alignment with our broader objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills iGaming expertise and the ability to support decisionmaking through accurate forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities:
As anInternal Controller your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop monitor and manage budgets and forecasts for operations.
- Analyse financial metrics to identify trends risks and opportunities.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Strategic Decision Support
- Partner with department leads to evaluate the financial impacts of initiatives.
- Recommend costsaving measures while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Conduct profitability analyses to support business decisions.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Ensure financial activities adhere to internal policies.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Performance Monitoring
- Track key metrics to inform business strategies.
- Conduct variance analyses to ensure alignment with goals.
- Implement financial controls to improve reporting accuracy.
Process Optimisation
- Enhance and streamline financial processes for scalability.
- Support automation of reporting and forecasting using advanced tools.
- Drive continuous improvements in cost and operational efficiencies.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Foster collaboration between finance and other teams to ensure transparency.
- Represent the department in crossfunctional projects and strategic discussions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).3 years of experience in financial analysis controlling or business management ideally in a related industry.Strong understanding of market trends revenue models and customer behaviour.Expertise in financial modelling forecasting and advanced Excel functions.Familiarity with accounting software and BI tools.Excellent analytical organisational and communication skills.
