Sobi is seeking a passionate highly collaborative and strategic leader to serve as an Area Business Director covering half of the US Market within the Immunology Franchise specifically focusing on the launch of a therapy for a severe rare form of gout (chronic refractory gout). This leader will be responsible for building leading and inspiring a highperforming team of Regional Business Directors (RBD) and their direct reports who will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving the overall commercial success of immunology franchise products. This role collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams including strategic accounts marketing market access medical affairs and others to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize product performance and patient impact. The ideal candidate will lead with Sobi values and inspire ownership accountability teamwork and engagement within the entire team.
This is a remote position; however candidates must reside in the Eastern United States and be in close proximity to an airport. This role involves up to 70% travel.

The base salary pay range for this role is $214000$280000 annually. Actual pay for this position will take into account factors such as experience and location. In addition to a base salary this position is also eligible for a competitive 401k match short and longterm incentives medical dental vision STD/LTD and life insurance benefits in addition to other health and wellness programs and offerings.
