Job Description
We are in search of a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Control Room Operator. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient operation of our control room and ensuring seamless functionality of our systems and processes. If you have a keen eye for detail strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to operational excellence we would like to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate all studio activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards enabling smooth operations.
- Maintain the studio environment and equipment to ensure they are fully functional and meet required specifications.
- Respond promptly to table calls to minimize disruptions and ensure uninterrupted gameplay.
- Enforce company game standards during live sessions maintaining high levels of quality and consistency.
- Document and report operational incidents or irregularities with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Support CRO Specialists Shift Managers and team leaders with various operational tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on procedures rules promotions and game strategies to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in the live or online casino industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of games and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in PC usage and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with live casino technology or control room systems is a plus.
