Duties:
- Support the team with EHS data analysis and monthly dashboard reports.
- Assist with EHS software systems administration ensuring smooth operation troubleshooting issues and providing user support and training.
- Document control experience including creating updating and administering HSE procedures policies and documentation. Ensure the central online EHS management library of documents is consistently formatted properly referenced and maintained in a structured filing system with an archive system
- Assist the team in validating EHS leading indicators globally by collecting data performing statistical analysis and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Support activities related to OSHA certifications.
- Possess ISO knowledge and assist in the certification audits.
- Demonstrate environmental awareness.
Qualifications :
Skills:
- Experience/Qualifications: 13 years (preferably in EHS market)
- Previous experience in a similar role covering EHS management system administration and document control is desirable.
- Excellent administrative and document management skills.
- Techsavvy with excellent use of Microsoft packages including proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting and familiarity with SharePoint for document management.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documentation and data analysis tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and selfmotivated.
