About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Sales Manager (Oman Based) to lead the sales efforts for a luxury real estate development project in Oman. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in managing teams achieving sales targets and navigating the complexities of the real estate market. The Sales Manager will work closely with leadership to strategize implement and oversee sales activities to drive success in this prestigious project.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective sales goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the projects objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with clients brokers and international buyers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Event Representation: Represent the project at launch events exhibitions and client meetings in Dubai and Oman.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Omani real estate laws and regulations including freehold property guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing operations and finance teams to support sales activities and achieve project goals.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Sales or Marketing (Masters preferred).
- Experience: 58 years of proven experience in real estate sales including team management and achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
- Strategic planning and execution expertise.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
- Indepth knowledge of Omani real estate laws and freehold property market.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sustainable real estate practices is a plus.
- Experience working with international buyer markets is desirable.
