Job Description
As theMaintenanceTechnician your chief responsibility will be to preserve the excellent condition and operational readiness of our facility.
- Conducting diagnostic assessments scheduling and performing repairs and maintenance on all plant equipment.
- Developpreventative maintenance procedures documentcompleted work orders andperform otherassignments.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on rolling stock.
- Carpentry Plumbing electrical skills for minor repairs.
- Ability to read manuals to assist in repairs.
- Maintain a clean and pristine work area at all times.
Starting pay range is $21.00 to $30.00 hourly.
Qualifications :
Basic Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- General knowledge in maintenance
- Strong knowledge ofindustrialelectricpump repair forkliftrepairsand plumbing
- By law you must be at least 18 years of age
- Good communication skills.
- Safety first mentality.
- Physically capable of manual labor and lifting up to/exceeding 40 lbs
- Positive attitude.
- Not only a willingness but ability to learn.
- Manage the workload that is put before you.
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Associate degreefromatwoyear college or technical schoolin a relatedfield
- Knowledgeofhazardousmaterialhandling and OSHA training.
The successful candidate will be required to pass a physical drug test and DEA background check.
