Job Description
Position Overview: The Accounts/Finance Manager with a background in HR will be responsible for overseeing financial operations while ensuring compliance with Bahrains labor laws. This role combines financial management with human resources expertise to support the organizations strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Create and manage financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Investment Activities: Direct investment activities and develop longterm financial strategies that align with the companys objectives .
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to Bahrains labor laws including employee contracts benefits and workplace regulations.
- Employee Relations: Collaborate with HR to resolve employeemanagement disputes and negotiate labor contracts .
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets forecasting financial trends and preparing financial analyses to support decisionmaking.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor finance and HR teams fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
