We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Outdoor Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers conducting market research and driving sales growth. The role requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach and a strong ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert them into successful deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales customer interactions and market trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in sales preferably in outdoor sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
