Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in providing highquality urgent medical care in emergency situations demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various medical areas and procedures.
Duties:
- Assess and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions promptly and effectively.
- Perform essential medical procedures such as suturing wound care and splinting.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including medical imaging to guide patient treatment.
- Collaborate with specialists in Pediatrics PICU Labor and Delivery and other areas for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Administer medications and injections as required following established protocols.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in the emergency department.
Qualifications :
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred.
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
- Proven experience in emergency medicine or related fields.
- Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) documentation is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform well under pressure.

Compensation Min: $105000 Max: $125000
This position is in the proposal stage we are waiting to be awarded the project.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
