The purpose of this job is to focus on driving Sales and Business Development for Clariants polypropylene catalyst portfolio in the Middle East. You will collaborate with key regional customers to support Clariants global Polyolefins strategy and achieve financial targets.



Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales targets and product qualification
  • Understand and meet customer needs with tailored solutions.
  • Develop customer relationships across functions and levels.
  • Provide market insights for product portfolio development
  • Support customer product trials and qualifications
  • Manage sales process with team support
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape and market trends
  • Represent Clariant at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of Sales experience within the polyolefins industry polypropylene is preferred
  • Foster communication and cooperation with diverse multicultural teams.
  • Take initiative and manage tasks independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Familiar with Arabic language.
