- Anticipate organizational changes that come with largescale ERP technology implementations and the change management and communications interventions which will be needed
- Create a customized project management roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the change management activities for each phase of the project
- Ensure that key change initiatives deliver on business schedule and budget objectives
- Lead change impact analyses assess change readiness andidentify and key stakeholders
- Assess stakeholders and develop engagement and communication plans to support their needs as the organization transitions to the future state
- Develop readiness and skilling contentleveragingmultiple modalities based on customer experience and learning development best practices
- Determineappropriate metricsand measures that will help the client measure progress reinforce behavior and adjust improve implementation results
- Document new ways of working and process flows as required to assist stakeholders with navigating future state of their role and the organization
- Utilize Project Management and Change Management frameworks and methods in a variety of roles
- Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and/or improvements within their organizations
- Lead and manage Sia resources on projects
- Help develop and mentor consultants working within the business unit or on an account
- Providestatus reporting of progress dependencies issuesrisksand overall program health
- Coordinate with other initiatives to make sure there isa common understandingon timelines and other overlaps

- Contribute to internal areas such as recruiting marketing and more

Qualifications :
- 10 years experience leadingchangemanagement and transformation engagements with successful outcomes in complex global organizations
- Experience developing and implementing change management and communication strategies for multiple endtoend enterprise wide ERP implementations preferably SAP S/4HANA required
- Pharmaceutical and / or manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Management Consulting experiencerequired
- Bachelors degreerequired
- Experience and knowledge of project and change management principles and methodologies
- Strong coaching and influencing skills; ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal
- Ability to quickly build trust and valuebased relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent facilitation experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks
- Proscior other Change Management certifications preferred
- Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
- Confident selfaware team player open to receiving and providing effective feedback
- Ability tofacilitateproject teams guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic

Philadelphia Compensation Info:
Philadelphia PA compensation for this role is between $157000 and $190000 per year. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individuals skills experience qualifications and market location.
