Job Description
Job Summary: The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities related to the manufacturing and operation of electrical panels tool assembly and electrical installation of production lines. The primary goal is to ensure that all these processes meet client specifications and standards maintaining the required quality and adherence to deadlines set by the organization. This position will be located in Puebla with frequent travel throughout Mxico
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the completion of the electrical construction of panels tools and project/cell assembly based on the budget approved by the company and the client following the companys guidelines and relevant laws.
- Ensure the completion of the electrical construction of panels tools and project/cell assembly with strict adherence to the approved Schedule Table following the companys guidelines and relevant laws.
- Ensure contractual compliance and qualitative standards of the company in alignment with the project(s)/work assigned based on general and specific specifications approved by the company and the client following internal guidelines and relevant laws.
- Ensure the management and updating of the process(es) under your responsibility for the development of the assigned project(s) guaranteeing the compliance with the quality standards of the projects according to organizational norms.
- Continuously manage and improve the customer experience with our organization.
- Lead the assigned human team (associates suppliers and others) maintaining team stability and productivity following internal processes and applying leadership management and development skills.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Robotics or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising electrical projects and/or in similar roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Project Management knowledge in Electrical Installation electrical construction knowledge in programming knowledge in PLC.
- English B2
- Skills: Excellent leadership communication decisionmaking change management and strategic thinking skills.
- Software: AutoCAD Electrical Module and EPLAN.
