Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with customers analysis of components at the customers site
- Handling customer complaints (8D PDCAFTA)
- Completing customer portals
- Resolving warranty claims and negotiating technical factors
- Creating action plans to improve scorecards and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Experience as a CQE (Customer Quality Engineer)
- English language German/French is an advantage
- Knowledge of CSR for VW Stellantis JLR RSA
- Proficiency in quality tools: 8D PDCAFTA PPAP 5Why Ishikawa
- Independence
