Job Description
- Create concepts and design specifications for new power modules
- Support the designs during the initial prototype phase of power modules
- Plan and set up test benches for design verification (developer tests)
- Perform developer tests including analysing and documenting the results
Qualifications :
- Degree from a technical university (Master / PhD) in the field of semiconductors / electronics or electrical engineering / technical physics
- At least 5 years experience preferably in the field of semiconductor
- Basic automotive experience highly appreciated
- Willingness to travel within Ausria & Germany
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- German language skills highly appreciated
Additional information:
The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least 4400 (14 x p.a .) for this position. The actual salary will then be determined depending on your actual number of hours.
