Job Description
Guerlain is the Parisian Alchemist that pursues an infinite quest for wonder of senses and crafts artistic beauty from nature since 1828.
Singapore local market is recruiting a Public Relation intern to be responsible for the implementation of PR Paid/ Organic Media and KOL related marketing activities in Singapore.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SEEDING & PRESS RELEASE
- Work hand in hand with PR Manager on the seeding strategy to influencers and medias to increase Guerlains awareness on all launches. Executing all seeding deliverables for new launches campaigns/ festivals for Local Market.
- Ensure all seeding quantities and inventories are available in a timely manner.
- Adapt and disseminate Press Releases to localized version with price in SGD and check availability on new launches for all boutiques and stores. Assemble press kit for all new localized information to disseminate to media lists.
- 1to1 Media pitch targeted stories and send gifts to build robust relationship with key media/ KOL contacts.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Source plan and liaise with third party suppliers (i.e. floral F&B activity vendors) for the execution of PR events.
- Manage the preparation of logistic arrangement for PR events including setup gifts arrangement with AOG (Art of Gifting) RSVP list and followup postevent contacts.
- Assist in planning coordinating executing events i.e. key launches/ trade/ instore events for Media/ KOL or involving media front (esymposium).
- Organize media / KOL interviews with internal spokespersons in HQ
ADMIN SUPPORT AND MONTHLY REPORTS
- Monitor media coverages for every activation/ launches/ campaigns/ events.
- Submit monthly PR clippings and weekly newsletter to regional PR team.
- Monthly internal report to measure effectiveness of media/ KOL engaged organic coverage gift tracking.
- Competitor analysis: Always be at the top of the game! Check out which media/ KOL that are relevant with high influencing power engaged by competitor brand and work handinhand with CRM and Trade interns for monthly competitor report.
- Admin support: Ensure smooth delivery for seeding arrange meetings with key KOL and Media support internal marketing team with proper documentation for any inventory orders/ gift tracking events flow and rundown extra support in events when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University students who is passionate for luxury beauty Brand exposure and proud to be the ambassador of the brand to nurture Guerlain DNA Heritage and be at the indepth level of PR and Marketing.
- Appreciate and explore creativity in the world of luxury universe.
- Possess teamwork independent highmotivated and highperforming in tight deadlines.
