YOUR IMPACT
This position will be managing and developing a team of Beauty Consultants through daily supervision and coaching. He/she will also be responsible to drive counter business and achieve sales goals by delivering great customer service and an excellent customer experience in line with brand standard. The incumbent will be required to develop and maintain close relationship with Shilla operations teams to smoothen daily operations as well as to ensure brands standards are always applied on counter including by coordinating daily operations stock management uphold counter image.
YOUR MISSION
Brand Sales & Image
- Work hand in hand with Beauty Consultants to achieve sales targets
- Understand the counter business and sales trends in order to detect growth opportunities
- Assist and help execute promotions (including promotion incentive and GWP) to exceed sales targets yet maintaining brand standards
- Actively promotes Brand and presents a professional image at all times
- Completes weekly external reports to the Brand and participates in various projects as and when required.
- Develops instore relations to build and uphold positive rapport between Operator and Brand
Supervision and Team Management of Beauty Consultants
- Communicate effectively corporate strategy & guidelines to the team
- Work closely and effectively with the internal team and operators team of sales staff supervisors and managers
- Keep Beauty Consultants motivated to achieve goals by preparation participation practice praise and passion
- Serve as a role model coach Beauty Consultants to ensure selling techniques / product knowledge and demonstration adheres to the brand standards as well as effective translation into customer penetration and staff productivity results
- Ensure Beauty Consultants uphold grooming standards of the brand
- Evaluates and monitors performance of Beauty Consultants closely with Airport Manager and Training team to identify areas for development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques which drives performance
- Assist and work with Retail Manager in recruitment of Beauty Consultants where applicable
- Plan and ensure that new Beauty Consultants are integrated into the brand by providing them with concise brand introduction and understanding of basic product knowledge to enable them to perform their job until formal training is arranged by the Training team
Counter & Product Management
- Guarantee the respect of Dior brand image in all aspects: Visual Merchandising Beauty
- Ensure overall counter image/aesthetic adhere to brand philosophy/ guidelines and that all counters are updated with stocks and testers
- Supervises daily counter duties such as housekeeping merchandising stock management including supply of testers and counter tools
- Ensure stocks and testers are sufficient oncounter through effective facilitation of stocks transfer from warehouse to store(s) or counter(s); ensure stocks are well allocated to each location and effective stocks replenishment
- Roster all team members in housekeeping duties to maintain hygiene standards and ensure testers and collateral materials are clean tidy and filled
- Ensures merchandising and display follows brand guidelines (e.g. planogram) and Operators requirements
- Provide feedback to ensure visuals at all locations have been updated all at the same time
- Provide feedback to support the development and increase of sales clearing of slowmoving items and damages
- Work with field team to evaluate effectiveness of counter tools to allow consumers to understand instore highlights
- Conduct counter coaching to Beauty Consultants and Promoters where necessary
Promotion Coordination
- Work with field staff to execute promotion setup timely and effectively
- Ensure stocks testers and GWP are sufficiently allocated to the promotion counter
- Ensure promotion mechanics and incentives are effectively communicated to field staff
- Provide basic product knowledge introduction and counter coaching to promoters
- Provide feedback to Airport Manager or Retail Manager regarding overall promotion sales and customer feedbacks
Qualifications :
WHO YOU ARE
- A minimum of 5 years prestige beauty sales experience including 3 years counter & people management preferable in travel retail beauty industry
- Possess exemplary service and customer orientated mindset
- Business orientated sensitive to numbers
- Mature openminded with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent to lead and achieve objectives with a team solution based energetic team oriented
- Ability to multitask and keen to learn
- Ability to work in a fastpaced pressure environment
- Proven sales track record
