We have a great opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our Customer Solutions Team.
This is a key role focusing on the internal processes tools and systems that enable our customers and other stakeholders to interact with us effortlessly.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Work closely with your relevant Sales Team to understand how their strategy/activity links to our focus on increasing customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer feedback and participate in customer site visits to understand their frustrations and pain points and use this information as a means to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review all relevant customer feedback and ensure any negative feedback followed through to resolution.
- Regularly analyse Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results for your line of business and report on findings to sales.
- Ensure that any anecdotal feedback received is recorded in the appropriate system.
- Gain an in depth knowledge of the customer segments customer behaviours and interactions with sales teams and Viva to identify opportunities for improvement and to become a fully trusted business advisor.
- Understand the full Offer to Cash end to end workflow so that you can contribute as a subject matter expert and support the shaping of the strategy for your sales team.
- Work closely with the Business/Systems Analysts to ensure that the data required for you to make decisions is received accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Increase sales team productivity by reducing the amount of time spent on administrative tasks by optimizing or automating the identified activities.
- Communicate any changes to projects quickly to mitigate any rework or risks.
Assist in increasing the Customer Solutions Team brand by communicating well helping others and sharing good news stories with the business
Qualifications :
- MS Office: PowerPoint Excel Word Advanced
- Sharepoint: Intermediate
- JDE: Advanced
- Power BI: Intermediate
Other Systems/Tools: - Confluence / Jira /Survey Monkey
- Customer Obsessed
- Extremely accurate attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of the End to End (E2E) Order to Cash (OtC) process
- Very good written and verbal communications
- Excellent timemanagement skills
- Strong selfmanagement skills including the ability to work autonomously and prioritise own workload and deliverables
- Ability to influence through others and collaborate across the organization
