This is a versatile role whether you are an experienced Internal Business Development Manager looking to develop your career or new to property finance. You will be provided with a high degree of autonomy established funding lines and an excellent financial reward (with discretionary quarterly and annual bonus payments). Supported with a bespoke training programme to give you all the tools required to succeed.
This role comes with excellent growth opportunities within a busy and exciting team. The pathway and progression for this role could be into a clientfacing position. Initially relationships are phonebased and youll support our External Business Development Managers.
The team
Youll be joining an experienced and wellestablished sales function of 9 people. It is a fun fastpaced and successful team that is part of a wider Residential Lending team including Credit and Client Servicing functions.
