Job Description
The Functional Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality functionality and usability of CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Salesforce solutions. This role involves creating and executing comprehensive test plans analyzing test results and collaborating with development teams to address issues. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of both platforms and experience in functional testing to validate that business requirements are effectively implemented. This includes conducting endtoend functional testing for workflows data validations integrations and customizations across both platforms. Your role involves identifying documenting and tracking defects while collaborating closely with business analysts developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues. You will also be responsible for documenting test results creating reports and maintaining testing documentation for compliance and future reference. Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of functional testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Proven experience in functional testing particularly for CRM and ERP systems like D365 Salesforce TechnologyOne.
- Experience working in AGILE and Waterfall Environment.
- Understanding of integrations APIs and workflows within these platforms.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and document defects effectively.
- Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA Azure DevOps or TestRail.
- Certification in ISTQB
