Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Brand & Content to join our team in Melbourne.   the Head of Brand and Content is a newly created key strategic role responsible for shaping and strengthening our brand. This role involves developing and executing a unified brand strategy across all platforms building a compelling content ecosystem and leading a team to deliver impactful campaigns. It also supports our 1HCA transformation by integrating brands crossselling products and services and creating a seamless client experience. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to align brand and digital strategies ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a brand strategy aligned with the companys vision and values across all markets and channels.

  • Drive brand differentiation by ensuring USPs are clear engaging and resonate with target audiences.

  • Oversee and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all touch points.

  • Create and implement a content strategy that drives engagement loyalty and supports business goals.

  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to align content with digital strategies and maximize impact.

  • Manage the creation and distribution of highquality content including articles digital assets and videos.

  • Lead and develop a team of content creators and brand strategists.

  • Collaborate with Executive General Managers to share strategies and performance insights regularly.

  • Partner with Product Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

  • Build strong relationships with agencies creative partners and influencers to expand brand reach.

  • Set KPIs to measure brand health and content performance using insights to optimize strategies.

  • Monitor market trends consumer behavior and competitors to adapt brand and content initiatives.

 


Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field; MBA or relevant masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in brand management content strategy or a similar role within a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring a creative team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and brand building.
  • Datadriven approach with experience in using analytics to drive decisions and improve performance.
