Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Consultant in our Financial Risk Management team you will work within project teams to provide expert advisory services to our clients. Depending on your experience and expertise your responsibilities may include supporting our clients in projects related to:
- Design development and implementation of risk policies procedures and strategies across various financial risk types including credit market and liquidity risks.
- Risk modelling and validation as well as model risk management.
- Comprehensive endtoend credit risk management and control.
- Capital management and stress testing.
- Assetliability management strategies and models.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Risk data strategy and infrastructure designing & implementing solutions for data integration and governance.

Qualifications :
You are an ambitious professional with strong analytical abilities excellent problemsolving skills and a structured approach to work. You are proactive eager to take on challenges and committed to enhancing your skills and expertise.
To succeed in this role you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience from a leading consulting firm or the financial services industry.
Additionally it would be advantageous if you have:
- A relevant academic background (e.g. Economics Mathematics Engineering).
- An understanding of financial risks and the regulatory landscape in financial services.
- Experience in developing risk frameworks and assessment methodologies.
- Programming skills for risk modelling and/or data management.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken. Fluency in Finnish is a plus.
A broad understanding of the financial services industry is an advantage.
Please note that this position is based at the Helsinki office. While we offer flexibility regarding remote work in Finland occasional presence at our Helsinki office or at our clients location is required in this position.
