Job Description

The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead is responsible for leading the design development implementation and maintenance of web content management solutions using AEM. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of AEM projects ensuring highquality delivery and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive the digital strategy of the organization. The AEM Lead will also mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

You would be expected to :

  • Lead the design architecture and implementation of AEMbased web content management solutions.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Develop and enforce AEM best practices standards and guidelines Skill Requirements
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AEM solutions making recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Develop custom AEM components templates and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and extend AEM functionalities to integrate with other systems and technologies.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of AEM solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the digital experience and optimize web content management processes
  • Oversee and manage AEM projects from conception to deployment ensuring timely and highquality delivery.
  • Coordinate with various teams in an onsiteoffshore manner and stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 57 years of experience in web development and content management with at least 3 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proven experience in leading AEM projects and teams.
  • Strong background in web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript etc.) and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in AEM including templates components workflows and DAM.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture design patterns and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD pipelines version control (Git) and containerization (Docker)
