ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and drive various Supply chain systems and process improvement Example own master planning system and process and drive all changes enhancements and projects related to that
- Design and Develop AI based models to solve business problems in supply chain
- Design and build analytics tools to help supply chain and operations short and long term objectives.
- Conduct proof of concept proof of technology. Experience in process reengineering and make them more agile to address the dynamic business needs
- Lead workshops to drive testing requirement gathering solution discussion etc.
- Help and guide cross functional teams teams in planning activities like factory builds order promising etc.
- Ability to do Tradeoff analysis on different levers in Supply Chain
- Ability to collaborate with business partners to document business requirements and Business Process
- Analyze business requirements to create use cases and testing documentation
- Lead efforts to translate functional requirements into solutions manage scope and estimated deliverables in all phases of the project
- Project Management Responsibility for all deliverables in all stages including solution design analysis coding testing and integration
- Understand existing business processes and technology to develop the to be and Align to create measurable business ROI
- Drive test planning for functional Integration and user acceptance testing including workshops to conduct the tests
- Identify Gaps in the current Solutions and Project Manage the implementation of these Gaps working with IT
- Carrying out data and system analysis to identify technical debt/gaps and develop tobe architecture to provide scalability and flexibility to accommodate growing business needs
- Driving new solutions that can be implemented crossfunctionally
- Developing key metrics around business impact and user acceptance
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Masters degree in both Industrial Engineering or Supply chain and Operations or MBA in Supply Chain
- Understanding and Implementation of supply chain planning systems and process
- 13 years of work experience in Supply Chain Operations and Project Management
- Good knowledge of AI/ML and Experience in creating models based on AI/ML
SKILLS:
- Effective interpersonal skills ability to influence others drive new initiatives and way of thinking in the organization
- Understanding future business strategies and directions to implement Process and Systems
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and experience in supply chain planning

- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California Colorado New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Western Digitals ShortTerm Incentive (STI) Plan which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.
