Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Plan develop upskilling training sessions to Direct Labor employees.
- Develop criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
- Compile and publish training metrics.
- Identify potential quality problems compliance gaps and possible process. efficiency improvements to production management.
- Participate in SGA / Kaizen activities.
- Producing dashboards including graphs tables and other visualizations.
- Creating presentation decks using PowerPoint (or similar) and able to present.
- Providing written reports of your findings.

- Able to operate training system.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Diploma in business administration commerce management or equivalent.
PREFERRED:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
SKILLS:
- Result oriented with strong sense of urgency and commitment.
- Basic computer skills including Windows and Microsoft excel.
- Selfstarter and quick learner.
- Excellent clarity when handling small parts.
- Proficient in reading writing and speaking English.
- Lean Sigma certified will be an added advantage
- Candidates must be flexible to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime as required by the team.
