Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for instrument calibration work.
- Responsible for instrument measurement data analysis.
- Responsible for instrument measurement sigma improvement in PN.
- Responsible for instrument maintenance method improvement in PN.
- Responsible for set up new measurement method which required from R&D and sputter process team.
- Ensure the correct calibration among the tool.
- Taking lead for measurement method improvement projects in PN.
- Measurement results analysis in PN.
- Analyze the machine calibration results and production measurement sigma.
- Set up / optimize the measurement condition to reduce the measurement variation or measurement time reduction.
- Coaching process engineer/technician to enhance their knowledge of instrument method and capability.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. of Physics Material science or any engineering field
SKILLS:
- Good command of English
- Basic statistical knowledge
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Minitab Basic understanding of Visual Basic)
- Good working attitude and adaptability to dynamic working environment
- Good engineering sense and analytical skill
