Job Description
About your tasks:
Lead configuration & implementation: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules.
Collaborate & design: Work with Business Analyst and Product Owner to analyze needs and design effective solutions.
Testing & deployment: Conduct system testing support UAT and manage the rollout of new features.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes.
Team Coordination: Partner with HR Payroll IT and vendors for seamless integration.
Qualifications :
About you:
You worked as a Workday Functional Consultant especially in HCM and Time Tracking before.
Deep knowledge of Workday strong analytical skills and excellent communication.
Workday certification and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
