Job Description
About your tasks
- Shape our sustainability strategy: Lead the development of our overarching sustainability strategy ensuring it aligns with business objectives and upcoming regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD).
- Lead the materiality analysis: Oversee and enhance our double materiality assessment by integrating stakeholder perspectives and driving datadriven risk evaluations.
- Steer compliance and reporting: Take ownership of sustainability disclosures in our annual report and coordinate audit processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive governance and performance tracking: Develop and present dashboards that provide insights on progress toward sustainability goals linking them to key business metrics.
- Inspire change and innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving new processes supporting change initiatives and identifying opportunities for sustainable development.
Qualifications :
About you
- Proven experience in sustainability leadership: You have successfully managed teams projects and crossdepartmental initiatives in sustainability ideally within corporate or consulting environments.
- Strategic thinker with compliance knowhow: You have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like CSRD and a proactive approach to aligning them with business goals.
- Datadriven and outcomeoriented: You excel at transforming complex data into clear impactful insights that inform decisionmaking at all levels of an organization.
- Inspiring leader and changemaker: Your leadership style empowers others and you are passionate about driving meaningful change in a fastpaced evolving environment.
- You speak fluent English German knowledge skills are a plus.
