Vii are the specialist in customer Loyalty Programs and Gift Card Solutions. Many of Australias bestknown retail brands have engaged Vii to help drive the profitable growth of their business Vii designs implements and manages a customer loyalty program and/or gift card solution to boost sales and loyalty and give brands a far better return on their marketing investment.
As Viis Application Support Engineer you will see yourself working for some of Australias top brands. You will provide technical support (Level 2) to Vii Clients and Account Managers to increase client program value within the Vii business. Youll be curious and eager to investigate and assist in resolving customer inquiries reporting requests and monitoring scheduled tasks. You will have the opportunity to work on website development and undertake testing of the Vii system to ensure all existing and new functionality is correct prior to a production release.
Youll have
- Production support experience
- Bug fixes
- Development of stored procedures
- Investigation of possible bugs or anomalies in data/ system behaviour
- Website maintenance and design
- Competence in using email Internet Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel PowerPoint
- Strong development skills in SQL HTML & CSS
- Good knowledge of XML and restful API
- Knowledge of these tools is desirable but not required: Akamai PowerShell Splunk SumoLogic git JIRA confluence Bamboo Postman Filezilla
- Strong lateral thinking and problemsolving skills must be curious!
- Excellent analytical skills to collate interpret prepare and present useful information to a varied audience.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
- Highly articulate in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Strong sense of teamwork and experience in working within a team to achieve common objectives
- Exhibit high energy levels and strong personal drive in a changing environment
