Job Description
Solace Hair & Beauty is a stylish haven for customers to relax and enjoy the finest hair and beauty services from our very talented team of stylists and beauty therapists.
You will have a wait list of clients ready for you so you can hit the ground running!
You will be a Senior Stylist qualified in all aspects of hairdressing. Your time will be spent working hands on as a stylist developing your clientele and providing exceptional customer experiences. You need to be up to date with current trends and should take pride in making people feel and look fantastic. We believe that everyone has the right to look and feel fabulous and we value diversity. The environment is calm and tranquil even at our busiest times.
Solace Salon is an environmentally conscious salon that provides clients with exceptional service using high quality and industry competitive product ranges. Working with topquality colour and product brands such as Kerastase and Redken we do provide brand specific training as well having ongoing paid education. Having the flexibility to attend training sessions or events to expand your knowledge is a key for success.
We have a great staff culture with opportunities to upskill and become the best you can be. There are opportunities to assist on photo shoots and fashion events which are amazing events to be a part of and showcase your talent!
You will be working alongside a motivated positive and supportive team and management who enjoy their work sharing knowledge and the laughs are plentiful!
We are closed Sundays Mondays and Public holidays and are situated close to public transport links.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Qualified experienced stylist
- Experience in unisex hairstyling.
- Target and goal driven.
- Experience in customer service.
- Great retail knowledge and an ability to sell products.

This is a FullTime permanent opportunity working Tuesday to Saturday offering a competitive package with occasional late nights to support events.
