Job Description
- Ensure legal compliance of Worker Safety Occupational Health Environment and Fire Safety.
- Lead company to follow up IWAY requirement and IKEA Industry EHS Manuals Pyramids and way of working initiate and implement factory specific standards and routines for a proactive EHS behavior.

- Lead EHSG IWAY and other external/internal audit/inspections and improvement in the area of EHS.

- Organize safety and Sustainability activities lead company safety culture establishment.
- Training and support to managers and coworkers in the EHS field.

- Lead EHS accident and incident investigations and corrective actions follow up.

- Responsible for safety and sustainability KPI report statistics and analysis.

Qualifications :
- Environment occupational health safety related major Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 8 years EHS working experience and 4 years Leading role in international companies. Certified safety engineer (preferred).

- knowledge and practice of leading managing coaching and mentoring.
- Result driven. Structured way of working towards risks. Caring people and have interest in interacting with people. Highly motivated in operation excellence.
- Willing to take challenge and continuously improve and simply way of working.
- English skills reading writing and fluent speaking.
