Job Description
Generalist Part
- Monitor legal requirements which are related to our business and proactively interpretate the legal requirement from Inter IKEA business perspective advise business teams or other functions for implementation.
- Overall responsible for daily legal affairs for dedicated Scope including but not limited in consultancy contracts advise tackle legal dispute and issues.
- Draft review and maintain legal documents contract templates and other necessary legal materials.
- Plan and deliver legal training of legal compliance & relevant requirements.
- Provide adhoc legal support to business projects and collaborate with global legal colleagues and other key stakeholders.
- Leading internal process for legal cases through arbitration or litigation.
- Support China Legal & Governance team to handle other adhoc legal affairs.
Specialist Part
- Dedicated on manufacturing companies (home furniture & components plants)
- Focus on sustainability (ESG) legislation area.
Qualifications :
- Solid knowledge of Chinese laws in civil & commercial areas. Its necessary having practical experience in company law contract law litigation and/or arbitration employment issues and product quality.
- Having knowledge and experience in sustainability (ESG) areas shall be preferred.

- Fluent legal English in both writing and oral.
