As the DevOps Lead you will leave your mark in many ways! The DevOps Lead is a critical role within the digital transformation that IKEA is currently undergoing so there is no more exciting time to join us than now. As a handson DevOps Lead you will:
Introduce and ensure correct tooling and process in our build pipelines.
Optimize our time to delivery for requested changes in our digital products and systems
Remove tooling barriers and complexity in order to maximize efficiency in our software development
Develop and maintain our build pipelines
Coach and develop our digital product teams in DevOps practice
Work close with our product teams making sure our systems and solutions are testable and easy to deploy
Work towards a digital landscape where our systems and solutions are flexible and enabled for a/b testing and continuous deploy and delivery
Ensure that the digital product teams have the tools and processes in order to monitor our production environments.
Ensure reusability of product components and contribute to relevant tech communities across IKEA.
Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
Develop and implement technical efforts to design build and deploy Azure / AWS applications at the direction of lead architects including largescale data processing computationally intensive statistical modelling and advanced analytics.

This position is fulltime (3240 hours per week) and is located in Delft (NL). Some travel may be required and in this role and you will be reporting to the Insights Data & Technology Manager.
