What does this look like We work on engagements to realign investment to public purpose and help government departments to restructure and direct resources to the highest public value.
In response to sustained growth we seek midcareer consultants who are tired of the formulaic career path of a traditional consulting firm.
Here youll be motivated by real impact. You will experience handson apprenticeship with Partners who pride themselves in being deeply involved in the work. Youll contribute to the growth of the business and get exposure to senior leaders in Government.
You will develop your expertise and understand how to effect positive change that your friends family and community will see each day.
Qualifications :
- 5 8 years of consulting or advisory experience (ideally with a strength in Supply Chain Analytics and Operating Model space)
- Excellent results in a tertiary degree of your choice
- Ability to solve unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic problem solving techniques
- Executivelevel communication skills including the ability to synthesise complex information in both oral and written formats to inform fast decision making by senior business leaders
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience managing teams and engagements
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders
You should be willing to contribute to the business development activities of the practice and in time to develop your own fields of specialisation and network of professional contacts. You thrive on a challenge display excellent communication and negotiation skills and are motivated to deliver the highest standards of client service.
