Job Description
The Role
The Washington DC office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a Financial Regulatory Associate in the Firms Litigation & Dispute Resolution group with the following skills:
- Two to five years of substantive exposure to US financial regulatory advisory matters including securities investment management banking and derivatives as well Fintech (includes digital assets and payments);
- Some exposure to regulatory enforcement matters (e.g. SEC CFTC FINRA) a plus but not required.
