This role sits within the Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) Group. The E&I Group is a sector focussed group advising on the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure assets in the UK and internationally.
Who you will work with
The top ranked E&I practice is recognised as a marketleading team of lawyers working with the worlds preeminent investors developers and lenders in both emerging markets and established financial centres.
What you will do
You will advise public entities investors developers and financiers on all aspects of energy and infrastructure projects across the globe.
Qualifications :
Your experience
We are seeking a qualified midlevel lawyer who can demonstrate proven postqualification experience in the Energy & Infrastructure sector. Your knowledge and experience will probably have been gained at a leading practice with a reputation for work in this area. We are particularly interested in recruiting from wellrespected City and International law firms and we also welcome applications from lawyers from leading firms in other jurisdictions.
We expect an outstanding academic history and proven first rate legal skills combined with a strong reputation amongst clients and colleagues for providing commercial solutions excellent transactional and management skills.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent document drafting skills. You should also demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness and will have had strong exposure of collaborating with internal and external teams.
It is crucial that you can demonstrate an appetite for business development client relationship management and thought leadership.

This role follows our balanced hybrid working approach and as long as business needs allow you will be supported to work in a hybrid way with the expectation of working from the office for a minimum of 50% of your time.
