- You assist in executing BEUMER Groups Global ESG strategy aligning it with strategic goals and regulatory requirements
- You conduct research on emerging ESG trends while monitoring the global ESG landscape
- You collect and analyze ESG and sustainability data across group companies supporting decisionmaking and reporting in line with recognized standards
- You conduct Life Cycle Assessments and Product Carbon Footprint assessments to evaluate environmental impacts
- You lead the design and implementation of a decarbonization roadmap to achieve the Science Based Targets and promote sustainability across the value chain
- You prepare and expedite ESG trainings for employees
- You drive the implementation of frameworks for issuing Environmental Product Declarations and Digital Product Passports while supporting marketing teams with sustainabilityrelated materials
- You analyze market trends and develop proposals for sustainable product design ensuring effective communication through a sustainability communications plan
Qualifications :
- You have a university degree in Finance International Business Sustainability Management Engineering or a similar field
- You have gained relevant experience in sustainability management within a corporate environment such as through internships
- You possess a solid understanding of ESG regulations with a focus on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
- You have methodological experience in performing sustainability assessments proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus
- You demonstrate strong skills in communication collaboration problemsolving and attention to detail
- You have a strong command of the English language
