Job Description
Reporting to our Integrated Production Director you will create impact within our team and capability. We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry.
Youll contribute by working on one of our fastest growing accounts focusing on entertainment social brand and title work. You will be one of three project leads working with Client Management Social Content Managers and our Production team. At Jellyfish we are committed to promoting professional growth. Please note this is a fixed term contract through to March 2025 with the possibility to extend. The salary range for this position is $USD. This is a hybrid position based out of our office in Los Angeles CA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the briefing process timelines production workflows and delivery for digital assets.
- Respond to client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details.
- Manage budgets monitor scope changes keep track of client Purchase Orders and manage invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects
- Lead crossdiscipline teams and manage client relationships
- Coordinate with production teams and external partners including other agencies and offshore partners.
- Seek and implement solutions to improve and automate processes
Qualifications :
- You will have previous agency experience with a social media focus and/or entertainment client(s).
- Mastery in creating schedules and managing production resourcing
- Proficiency with project management software tools and GSheets
- You are client centric and love getting to know your clients developing longlasting relationships and adding value to their business.
