Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 10 years
- Strong working experience in technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow with specializing in Service Portal Service Portal ITSM Integrations and ServiceNow SPM
- Strong experience in ITAM HAM Pro SAM pro or GRCor HRSD
- Handson experience in ServiceNow integrations with thirdparty systems.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Strong Understanding of business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design.
- Develops the technical solutions implements them and performs the component Integration Tests.
- Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions Business Rules Client Scripts Jelly scripting Angular JS)
- Ability to explore and grasp new technologies.
- Proficient in communicating and driving technology solutions that support business objectives
- Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical critical thinking problemsolving and prioritization skills .
- Mentoring your team members in projects and helping them keep up with new technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture framework and highlevel design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility scalability security design patterns user experience NFRs etc. and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and nonfunctional requirements; and defining technologies patterns and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
