Job Description
- Apply business analysis techniques such as SWOT analysis stakeholder analysis gap analysis root cause analysis and requirements elicitation techniques like workshops interviews and surveys.
- Manage business requirements from stakeholders using various tools and methodologies like Use Case Modelling User Stories and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization implementation and integration of Lifescience projects User roleprofile mapping app creation Flow and process builder.
- Practice Agile using Scrum.
- Experience in creating project plans defining project scope managing timelines and coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.
Qualifications :
