Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Engineer to join our Agile development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures functions and packages to support application functionality.
- Ensure database performance integrity and security in PL/SQL code.
- Deploy monitor and troubleshoot applications in Unix/Linux environments.
- Develop shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operational processes.
- Customize and extend Oracle EBS modules specifically related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Work on the customization and extension of Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva) systems.
- Participate in the integration of PLM solutions into enterprise systems.
- Provide technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture and PLM integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain and support the development environment ensuring stability and high performance.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and experience in shell scripting
- Expertise in Oracle EBS Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) customization and extension
- Proficiency in requirement gathering process modeling and technical documentation
- Experience with Infor Product Lifecycle Management (Optiva) workflows and workflow actions
- Familiarity with the Microsoft .Net framework is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced Agile environment
- Strong analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English both written and spoken
