Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer (Microsoft/Linux/Virtualization) for our client
Trade The News a USAbased leading financial news platform provides realtime market intelligence and comprehensive analysis to professional traders ensuring they stay ahead of market movements with lightningfast updates and live interaction with analysts.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (MS based);
- Manage andmaintain IT infrastructure(MS based);
- Monitor andtroubleshoot virtualizationsolutions (VMware);
- Provide advancedtechnical supportas toIT soto nonITusers;
- Collaborate withthe softwaredevelopment teamto ensurea properIT resources allocation planning maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Maintain comprehensivedocumentation ofconfigurations proceduresand troubleshooting steps
Required Qualifications:
Microsoft Expertise:
- Active Directory (AD) and Exchange support including AD forest migration.
- Proficient in directory services (GPO DNS DHCP DFS WSUS user profile management).
- Experience with Windows Server and End User technology including Antivirus and patch management.
- Skilled in capacity planning performance monitoring and maintenance for high availability.
- Knowledge of Application Packaging Standards Desktop Standards Hardware Imaging and OS Patches.
- Proficient in Exchange (2016) and Microsoft SQL Server (2008).
Virtualization:
- Experience with VMware Horizon View (7.x).
- Skilled in VMware VSphere and ESXi (6.x).
- Knowledge of VMware applications and physical infrastructure services.
- Understanding of Windows Desktop OS design considerations for various devices.
- Proficient in diagnosing VDI issues and hypervisor tuning.
- Expertise with SAN and VSAN storage.
- Linux Skills (Desirable):
- Experience with Ubuntu CentOSRedHat.
- Configuring Linux for opti performance.
- Proficient in performance monitoring andtuning.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Other technologies:
- Demonstrated NMS(Zabbix Kabanaetc.) implementationhistory;
- Unified EndpointManagement (UEM);
- Expert backupadmin skillsusing VEEMStrong Networking knowledge netmasks VLANs ACLs DHCP DNSrouting.
- Good scriptingknowledge ispreferred forautomation usingPowerShell Ansibleetc.;
