Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in a mix of agency and corporate recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for IT and technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the recruiting Team Lead to understand IT staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source screen and engage toptier candidates for a range of IT positions (software engineers system admins cloud architects etc.) and senior nontechnical roles (delivery PMs BAs POs...)
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including direct search LinkedIn job boards networking events and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and reporting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience including a combination of agency and corporate roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles technical skills and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of US visa types
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter job boards).
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and conduct Boolean searches.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on quality hires and meeting hiring goals.
