Job Description
Come join the Manufacturing team as an Engineering Intern in Minnetonka MN! In this role youll gain experience working with a Production Engineer on the team working together youll tackle various process improvement tasks on the production floor. For example creating visual work instructions for the assembly technicians to provide direction and clarify task expectations. Also brainstorm with the production engineer on other ways you could bring process improvement ideas to the production floor.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a global company and dive into the exciting manufacturing realm at our Minnetonka plant!
Requirement for consideration:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree with an Engineering focus
Completed at least sophomorelevel classes at the time of the internship
GPA greater than 3.0
Desired characteristics:
Ability to analyze problems identify root causes and provide effective solutions
A desire for process improvement/ desire to learn
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal team building skills
Strong oral written communication skills
Salary: $25.00
