Job Description
Were seeking a Junior CRM Manager to elevate customer engagement loyalty and retention. Youll play a key role in planning executing and optimizing multichannel CRM campaigns driving immediate impact on our global customer base. Responsibilities
- Design impactful campaigns across email push and inapp channels delivering personalized experiences that engage millions of travellers worldwide.
- Analyze customer behaviour to uncover trends and opportunities using datadriven insights to improve engagement and retention.
- Optimize the customer experience through A/B testing and segmentation ensuring every message resonates with the right audience.
- Drive performance tracking monitoring key metrics like open rates clickthrough rates and conversions to refine strategies and achieve results.
- Master CRM tools like Braze making sure campaigns run smoothly and solving system challenges with confidence.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing product and external partners to bring innovative ideas to life and maximize impact.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in CRM digital marketing or a similar role ideally in travel tech or a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Braze) and basic HTML skills to tweak templates and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills balancing multiple projects with ease.
- Selfstarter attitude eager to take ownership of processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication skills fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
