Job Description
Jetcost is looking for a Google Ads Specialist for its Metasearch team in Chiasso (Switzerland).
The ideal candidate is reliable with strong problemsolving skills and a pragmatic approach. He/She will play a key role in the performance marketing team becoming part of the squad in charge of all the paid traffic channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and improving search campaign performance on platforms like Google Ads Microsoft Ads and SA360
- Analyzing marketing campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for optimization including creating reports and presentations to share findings with the team and other stakeholders.
- Identify innovative solutions to enhance growth and performance while effectively addressing and resolving any campaigns performance issues.
Qualifications :
Essential
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven performance marketing experience (at least 2 years)
- Basic knowledge with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Good with one or more bid management tools (Google Ads etc)
- Strong analytical approach and resultsdriven mindset
- Ability to interpret and analyse large amounts of complex data from multiple sources
- Ability to thrive in a challenging fast paced and dynamic working environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Desirable
- Experience working in a metasearch / travel company
- Degree in maths ecommerce or digital marketing

Selection process steps*:

Only for senior roles: final meeting (30 mins) with the Director
