The Sales Support Specialist for the DACH region will play a crucial role in facilitating sales operations and
ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves providing administrative and logistical support to the sales
team managing customer enquiries and orders and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in
the assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented proactive and possess excellent
communication skills in German and English French and/or Italian would be an asset.
Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email phone or
other communication channels. Provide product information pricing and support to customers in the
DACH region.
Sales Assistance: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations for distributors. Collaborating with
the sales market lead to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers distributors and
partners in the DACH region. Address any issues or concerns raised by customers and distributors
promptly and effectively.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers industry trends and
competitive insights in the DACH region. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to support
strategic decisionmaking.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance customer feedback and
market trends in the DACH region. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge sales
processes and tools. Act as a resource for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary support to
meet their targets.
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
2 years of experience in sales support customer service or related roles.
Previous experience in the Direct Selling industry is a plus.
Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) French and Italian would be an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding networking and ability to liaise well with others (internally and especially externally);
strong relationship builder.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Zendesk Exigo) is a plus.
Digital understanding and tech savvy
Able to work daytime evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
