Job Description
- Analyze business requirements and processes evaluate possible scenarios and recommend best business and IT solutions
- Build and parameterize functionalities to execute and implement business solutions in Avaloq
- Analysis and management of customer issues manage client interaction during testing phase taking care of bug fixing and potential change requests
- Supporting developers during implementation and testing our newly built functionality
- Prepare reports and project documents concerning new client requirements ongoing activities and project status
- Work in an Agile environment in a small team with a high degree of coordination and synchronization helping to constantly improve our processes and introduce new technologies
Qualifications :
- Stong evidencable proven track record or working in a similar role where you exhibited good programming and software testing skills
- Clientorientation and strong communication skills (proficiency in English)
- Strong analytical problem solving and conceptual skills
- Structured and autonomous approach to work
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
It would be a real bonus if you have
- Prior Payments Experience
- Finance Industry Exposure
- Prior Programming Experience
- University or FH degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics with an affinity and interest for banking/economics or an education in economics with experience and interest in software development or equivalent education/experience
